Today I saw a patient which gave history of slurred speech for 8 days only. No hypertension, no diabetes, no neurological diseases in past, history ocassional consumption of alcohol. H/o of Abnormal ECG in past but nothing now. Patient's higher functions, and all systems were aparantly normal on examination. No signs or symptoms of TIA either present or in past.

Vould it be a TIA ? or what could be the D/D? How to go with this patient. Kindly give your suggestions.
