Hello,  A Patient aged 40 yrs c/o shortness of breath occasionally sp on humaid and warm climate. Also c/o of rt side chest pain mild in nature & also pain on rt back last 1 year. Non smooker, non alcholic, X Ray chest NAD Blood count TLC 28600 N 10 L 8 E 80 ESR 80 Others in normal range.
