Today's newspaper headline says - I-T unearths doctor-medical centre nexus in Bengaluru; Rs 100 crore black money detected The fact that cuts, kickbacks and commissions have corrupted medical practice today is an open secret. Tragically, it's the leading medical centers who promote this practice - and they flourish because they are market leaders in indulging in this kind of corruption. Not only should all doctors be hanging their head in shame, the leaders of our profession should speak up against the centers which have been caught red-handed.
