51y/M has suffring from right paragutter and right hemicolon pain since 18years which radate from sub hepatic area to right inguinal criss but some time encluded right testicle also with bowl motion abnormality and with remission and exacerbation phases . cereal ab/pel ultrasound and abdominal CT were normal all routines are normal blood accult is negative just h.pylori is positive every time and was treated evrey time .
barium swallow and follow up was normal .f/his was major hemophilia (fac 8 defi) now the patient has more pain with constipation please write down your good dx,d/d and dt,
