joint pain in 14 yr old male

My pt aged 14 male came with c/o pain sw rt foot since 1 month He had fleeting joint pain over knee elbow wrist since 8 months now no pain in these joints  rt foot swollen dorsally .mod tender.ROM full .onset insidious.count normal ESR 14 RA wnl   . crp and aso titre raised. Echo and cardiac check  wnl.

Kindly suggest t/t guideline. No positive past or family history. No other symptoms
