I have a strange case wherein the boy looses vision in one or both eyes ,nothing comes up in the CT MRI blood/other investigations, neurological checks, with IV steroids -100mgm methylprednisolone there is instant recovery back for- unstipulated period of time,this is almost back to normalcy.In between attacks the perimetry is insignificant. Please advise, the parents are prepared to follow ethical advices.
