This is an absolute fact that  Resident Doctors of modern medicines either doing post graduation or super specialization as resident after passing MBBS in MD/MS/ MCH/DM or DNB courses in Clinical Subjects in  Medical Colleges or Big Private / Govt hospitals or doing simple house job or junior residency after MBBS or senior residency after PG in clinical subjects are over burdened,work more than 12-18 hrs a day with no fixed leave as on saturday or sunday or other scheduled gazetted holidays and leaves.What they get as stipend is so less that they can hardly run their expenses and if with family or other family burden they have to take money from parents or loan from near ones as Bank also refuse them to loan.  Medicine Courses are so lengthy and to get in MBBS is also very difficult that most resident doctors are above age of 26 yrs,those  doing super specialisation are above 30 yrs,in…
