17-year young girl from a tribal area with weakness more on LL from last 48 hours. At present bladder is affected. Can partially move right upper limb and no movement in both LL and LT upper  limb. MRI, demyelination medulla to c5.

I have started methylprednisolone. I feel the girl is with Acute Myelitis. Please suggest further.
