An 18-month-old boy presented with a history of irritability for two weeks and swelling of the left eye. He was not taking food adequately for last one week. His mother had noticed swelling in the left eye for the last 3 days which was more in the morning.

There is no history of insect bite or trauma. There are many pet animals in the house.
