One of the twin previously normal girl developed tantrums and irritability for last 1 to 2months along with perigenital itching.e.coli was detected in ur cs.was treated accord.but irritability persisted.after the culture result i had taken her bp in both the limbs which was 130/100 in right upper limb.90/70 in left uppet limb.but didint disclose and after few days same bp was found. parents advocted there is marked difference in behaviour of the two girl twins.2 months before both were very friendly to each other. gestational period was normal.almost equal wt and growth till now.family is well to do and educated.
so what could be the cause of this differential hypertension. all other examinations were normal.us abdomen.vascular doppler of renal vessels were normal.tsh was 8.has plan to repeat.no other blood tests accepted by the parents. i replied the answer below at 3 pm.19.4.15.
