Respected Members I have Pt. in ICU.She is 62 yr old,having acute MI,confirmed by EKG.Enzymes and Echo.Her EF is 40% with severe MR.She is on Norad/ Dopa to maintain BP.X-Ray chest shows bats wing appearance and on Mech ventilator.RFT and LFT within normal limit.ABG analysis- within normal limit.

Mortality predictor SOFA-40% SAPS II-about  20% APACHE    ------ I want to know  Is there any other mortality predictor for pt of MI
