A 20-year-old female presented with severe Anaemia ( Hb 5 gm/dl, Microcytic, hypochromic) Pancytopenia and raised ESR (65 mm 1 st hour). She gives h/o of Anaemia since 5 years, is on repeated blood transfusions. Also h/s/o menorrhagia.

What could be the possible diagnosis? What is the line of management (investigations & treatment). I will revert with full details.
