In Saudi Arabia unbooked 3 previous caesarean section came for elective LSCS. USG and MRI confirmed Placenta accreta. Classical C/S done. The placenta was completely adherent to the lower segment. The patient refused hysterectomy. Balkon tamponade was done with Sengstaken Blakemore tube. Balkon tamponade was done with Sengstaken Blakemore tube.
The patient kept in ICU for close monitoring. Bleeding stopped. Tube removed after 2 days. Patient discharged in stable condition with the baby. She received 6 units of PRBC and 4 units of FFP.
