31 Yrs/m Palpitation And Chest Discomfort, Diagnosed With ASD

A 31-year-old male came with c/o chest discomfort, palpitation, sweating since 2 hours On arrival patient conscious, oriented vital -bp-140/70 mmhg, HR- 258/min, SPO2 - 97% RA, RR-22/min, temp- afebrile, CBG- 112 mg/dl IV secured, blood sample collected, attached with cardiac monitor - showed narrow complex tachycardia, HR-256/min. As per ACLS protocol:  Vagal-carotid massage given not reverted. Inj. Adenosine is given 6 mg- not reverted, 12 mg given- not reverted. Inj.

Amiodarone 150 mg IV bolus given after patient reverted. HR- 112/min patient shifted to ICU. In ICU, ECHO was done by cardiologist showed ASD.
