I do a lot of minor procedures under local anesthesia using Xylocain and Bupivacaine without sensitivity testing. After more then 5000 procedures done  I have never encountered  any reaction but there is always a hidden fear remain in my mind about sensitivity reaction.

What advice would you give about the need and relevance of sensitivity testing of local anaesthetic agent?
