A 65-year-old female with portal Cavernoma and Cholelithiasis on USG from last 5 years and is hypertensive, also hyperlipidemic. Cholesterol 270, LDL170, Triglycerides 250, SGOT SGPT, KFT, urine routine and microscopic normal.
There is a mild decrease in serum albumin and there is mild increase in serum globulin A/G ratio is bit high, BP is under control by only amlodipine 5mg from last 3 years. Weight other management has to be taken especially about antihyperlipidemic as statins contraindicated in liver disease and fibrates in cholelithiasis?
