Interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) refer to a diverse range of acute and chronic diffuse parenchymal lung diseases with both identified and unidentified etiologies. 1 The annual incidence of ILDs globally is estimated to range from 1 to 70.1 per 100,000 people. 2 Various barriers in diagnosis make ILD a challenging disease to identify in the early stages. 3 ##References## Singh S, et al.
