A 35-year male patient came to me with complaint of vomiting and headache. Single episode of Vomiting that was not during headache. Had jaundice 1 month back (unconjugated was more) with rt upper quadrant pain. On USG fatty liver was detected. Hb 17.1 Lipid profile was boarder line. Other blood reports were in normal range.
MRCP was done. Showed empty GB without any obstruction. Now patient is having headache 2-3 times a week. While examining he had BP 150/110. Please help me in diagnosis and proceeding further.
