A 12 year boy presented in emergency with h/o recurrent seizure for last 3 days, no prior h/o any fever, birth trauma or any family history, there was h/o irregular seizure since last 2 years inspite of taking regular AED from their family physicians. On examination it revealed, the boy was in absence status, vitals were stable, a febrile and having no localizing signs or no meningeal signs. Seizure wad controlled with IV dose of Inj. lorazepam and a loading dose of valproate were started. Investigation: CBC, metabolic parameters including serum calcium & magnesium, PO2 /PCO2 /serum pH within normal limit.
Urgent CT brain emergency was done. The film is attached. What is the likely diagnosis from this CT? What should be the next line of management?
