I have a 29 year old female patient with UTI. She has chronic burning and painful micturition, US shows cystitis and PID with minimal fluid in POD.

Urine for culture and sensitivity tested resistance to all antibiotiscs but Piperacillin + Tazobactam. What is your recommended dosage and for how long do you recommend?
