A 48-year-old man experienced abdominal pain after dinner. Computed tomography (CT) scan revealed stones in his cystic duct. Hematological findings showed no liver dysfunction. A magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) scan was performed.

Post scan, laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) was scheduled.
