A 27 years old married female is having malaise since 20 days, multiple oral ulcers since 15 days and nocturnal polyuria (5-6 times) since 1 week. Past h/o B/L multible renal calculi. Patient is taking multi-vitamin tablets since 1 week.

No h/o burning micturition, No h/o nausea/vomiting, No h/o fever, No h/o abdominal pain. TLC: 13000/ml, DLC: WNL, LFT: WNL. Kindly suggest diagnosis and line of treatment.
