A patient aged 20 years is staying in college hostel.He developed fever with chills & body pains for which his Hostel M.O.who is a busy General Practitioner prescribed him anti malarial treatment.There was no relief; he developed pain in the Rt Upper Quadrant of abdomen for which he was prescribed Cephalosporins & analgesics .In the 2nd week he was prescribed Ciprofloxacin. In the 3 red week he left for his native place & consulted his busy family physician who prescribed him Meropenam & analgesics but the fever did not subside.
In the 4th week he developed pain in the lower chest posteriorly & was coughing copious chocolate colored pus . What can be the possible Diagnosis?
