Female patient aged 48 years is admitted in Emergency with complaints of vomiting, abdominal pain, headache, mental confusion, restlessness and visual disturbances. Her relatives who brought her gave history that she cosumed 84 tablets of digoxin (0.25mg   each) 3 hours back before admission.
