A 24-year-old woman presented with the chief complaints of sharp left-sided chest pain and difficulty in breathing or coughing for the last 24 hours. In addition, she had coughed up a small amount of bright red blood and found it painful to cough. She did not feel feverish; however, she had noticed some discomfort in the right calf, which she had attributed to a ‘pulled muscle’.
