A 36-year-old female presented to the OPD with complaints of inability to conceive for the past four years. The patient also complained of abdominal and pelvic pain, along with unusual vaginal discharge. Laboratory investigation Leuteinizing hormone (LH): 29 IU/L (14.2 to 52.3 IU/L) Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH): 8.mlU/ml (4 4.7 to 21.5 mIU/mL) Prolactin: 17ng/ml (less than 25 ng/mL) Radiological findings 3D ultrasonography revealed a typical retort-shaped cystic lesion with incomplete septation (Image 1: (A) Three-dimensional report of ipsilateral ovary and (B) Inversion mode displaying the ovarian follicles). Ipsilateral ovary with follicles was also visualized clearly (Image 1: A).
