Case presentation A 15-year-old boy visited a local clinic with complaints of eyelid edema and peripheral lower extremities edema 16 days after getting the first dose of the SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine. Urine analysis showed urine protein 4+ and hence, was referred to hospital with suspicion of nephrotic syndrome on day 19 post-vaccination. Medical history No history of nephrotic syndrome No history of infectious disease or other vaccination for several months No known allergies He had received an mRNA vaccine against SARS-CoV-2.
