A 1year old baby has right side submandibular swelling around 2*2 inches hard, non-tender since 5-6 days. Also have a high-grade fever up to 103 in spikes. TLC COUNT 23000, HB10GM. A kid is accepting orally.

She starts on inj ceftriaxone and inj amikacin. After 3 days swelling slightly reduce, but fever spike continues. Identify the condition
