India faces all the ills of the system in Medical Education, our medical education system is outdated and above all corrupted with interests of many stakeholders. There are many reasons one being Ghost teachers and non-performing seniors even careless junior teachers who just exist for Medical Council of India purpose. They are overconfident, they live as like nothing happens, truly no accountability and our educational system runs on didactic lectures.
Hardly few college do the integrated teaching, at many colleges no much change in last few decades. The Medical Council and Ministry of Health more on look out to punish the colleges which do not have sufficient staff and patients to train the students.
