Case Presentation: A 44-year-old woman presented to the ED with complaints of productive cough, fever, and worsening dyspnea that persisted from the last five days. The patient reported a pink-purple net-like blotchy discoloration on the skin that appeared from the past 24-hours.
She also reported a history of pneumonia, asthma, and sepsis.
