pt 38 male complained of pain while chewing, advised opg. opg revealed nothing. on oral examination no cavity or any gingival inflammation was present. on detail history patient told he had chicken 1 wk back , while eating he bite something hard since then he is not able to chew properly, neither yawn nor open his full mouth.
upon consultation with OMFS , he was advised soft diet for 60 days, muscle relaxant iand anit inflammatory for 1 wk and hot fermentation of tmj for 1 mnth. now its b33n 3 months, pt walks back with same problem again was fine for all this time. NEED HELP.
