A gentleman aged 47 years present in the orthopedic outpatient department with the history of a swelling over the dorsum of right little finger since one year when he vaguely remembers hurting it while plucking some fruits from a tree. The swelling is very slow growing and minimally painful. He is otherwise in good health.
