A 40 year old farmer from Andhra Pradesh presents with fever and headache since 10 days. On examination he has redness of eyes and lymphadenopathy. A small wound 2-3cm, with blackish material resembling a scab is present on the side of his trunk. He does not remember any injuries or insect bites.
