Case Presentation A 32-year-old woman presented to her family doctor with a several-month history of episodic abdominal pain localized to the left flank and radiating to the left pelvic and lumbar regions. The pain was aggravated by physical activity.
She reported daily bowel movements and denied urinary symptoms, dysmenorrhea, or dyspareunia.
