Before 9 months , A 27 years old male patient diagnosed with non seminomous germ cell tumour of left sided undecended testis. At the time of diagnosis lesion was metastatized to liver and lungs. 4 cycles of etoposide,cisplatin and bleomycin were given. post chemotherapy tumour markers were quite normal. pulmonery lesions were clear and significant reduction of size of hepatic lesion. this was followd by surgical orchidectomy and resection of metastatic part of liver.
as per histopathology examination there was no residual melignency in tumour or surrounded areas. Now , before 2 days , during follow up, CT scan report reveled a single lesion of 9x9.5 mm in right upper lobe posterior segment of right lung WHICH WAS ABSCENT IN PREVIOUS CT SCANS.
