‘X’ approached her gynecologist to terminate her pregnancy of six weeks. The doctor refused to abort the fetus and referred X to an IVF specialist who in turn asked her to carry the fetus to full term and give birth to the baby. The IVF specialist refused to give her a medical kit citing that she was far too long in her pregnancy.
