Case presentation A 47-year-old female was referred to a hospital due to complaints of bone pain and abnormal findings during radiography analysis. In addition, the patient reported a habit of consuming a pitcher of tea made out of 100 to 150 tea bags daily for the past 17 years. The estimated fluoride intake by the patient was reportedly about >20 mg per day. Medical history 5-year history of pain in her arms, lower back, legs, and hips The patient had teeth brittleness, due to which all her teeth were extracted.

Radiography analysis The radiography analysis of the patient’s forearm revealed   interosseous membrane calcifications ( Figure 1A ).
