When there is a problem related to branded vs generic medicine, doctors are penalised and punished. Why not the manufacturers? If the generic drug  is  good  then  why not ban  manufacturing  of the  branded medicine/drug or vice versa? Why MCI and Government are making unnecessary rules to harass doctors?

There are doctors in MCI, who should be aware of drug availability in India. Why are they not making simpler rules to follow? Can any doctor who is also MP raise this question in parliament?
