Pt of 36 years of age presented with fever high grade followed by poly arthralgia and rashes, pts is not having any comorbid condition and his test reports are normal except leucopenia and on 5th day his Igm for chikungunya found postive. Pt was treated accordingly...but his pain not subsided I want to know from others experience that which nsaid we can give to pts for relaxation? bcas pcm 1gm does not always reduce pain.
