40 years male from Haryana very critical bed ridden patient presented with complaints of fever, cough, dyspnoea, aphthous ulceration, extreme weakness. He is a diagnosed case of HIV-TB and receiving ART from Newdelhi Govt.set up. He took treatment from 24/5/16 to 24/12/16 and fully recovered and after that, he himself stopped treatment.
As we all knew that Cavities are an immune response to tubercular bacilli and HIV is an immune deficiency disorder so there is less cavitation. but in this case, whole lung right lung is affected. Is a clinical picture of HIV - TB is changing?
