The 'Smart Dubai' initiative recently revealed the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the UAE healthcare sector. This would allow healthcare professionals to predict a patient’s condition ahead of time, by keeping a track on the six vital signs of the body. To explore the potential application of the AI, a trial was conducted in which the patient data obtained from Rashid Hospital, Latifa Hospital, Dubai Hospital, and Hatta Hospital  were processed by the AI. First, the nurses initially provided the data to the AI.

Consequently, the AI was made to analyze the data and predict the progression of a patient’s disease condition and take necessary precautionary steps, if required.
