Child aged 9 yrs with h/o recurrent uti .Latter child treated with anti biotics . Growth normal .Subsequent urine samples found to be albumin 1+. 24 HR URINE ALBUMIN FOUND TO BE IN SUB NEPHRROTIC RANGE .

Biopsy done at st johns . NORMAL .Electron microscopy normal . child continues to excrete 1+ albumin .PLEASE HELP
