A child, 1 and a half years old, was seen by me 2 weeks back. The child was healthy at birth except that the neck was thick. The mile stones were normal but a swelling developed in the neck which started increasing in size.

He is being investigated. Can any of my friends give me the cause, investigation and treatment of this lesion?
