If a sensor is attached to the steering of the car or lorry or van or bus which can identify the alcoholic level in the driver and not allowed to start the vehicle if it is above a certain level or no to any level, that will prevent the driver in alcoholic inebriation to drive the vehicle. This should work with out any human effort once driver entered the vehicle automatically. The accidents which are common in highways due to alcoholism can be prevented by means of this step.

This will reduce the burden on the govt hospitals due to accidents in highways.
