A patient of mine is having allergic symptom like sneezing frequently more so on exposure to dust. Most often not known to what. Anti histamine tab do give relief. But this is bothering him always.

My query: Is some extensive investigation is required? And if so what are to be done? Can anybody throw some light on this issue?
