A 65-year-old female presented to a urologist with complaints of nausea, vomiting, left flank pain for the last two days, and intermittent fever. Furthermore, the patient reported a burning sensation during urination and had to use the washroom multiple times.
An abdominal examination showed tenderness in the left flank and suprapubic tenderness on palpation.
