A 61 yr lady was seen by me for routine check up. C/O acral vitiligo, hypothyroidism, type ii DM, hypertension and joint pain.

Joint pain is diagnosed as OA. She is RA -VE, ANCA -VE I am suspecting a systemic autoimmune condition, which is the ideal test for her ?
