An extremely rare case of primary vaginal stones 10 years girl child suddenly started passing stones from vagina with mild to moderate pain felt for few seconds just before the passage of stone every time. The child pointed to vaginal orifice to show the site of pain, not external urethral meatus or hypogastrium or either iliac fossae or flanks. On an average some 7-8 stones were passed daily. As many as 70-75 stones were passed over a period of 15 days. Majority of stones were passed in the night time or in recumbent position.
Initially stones were pearly white & with clear surfaces and edges but later were a little creamish yellow and spiked. They were of variable sizes ranging from 0.3 to 10mm.
