A female patient 35 yrs old. Complain of severe pain in left jaw and teeth .increases with cold and chewing. Found tenderness in lower left third molar gum.

Opg shows impacted left lower third molar with close proximity to inferior alveolar nerve. There is also internal resorption in crown.what will be the best treatment plan..?patient is hypothyroid taking eltroxin tablets.no other significant medical history.
