Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disease of the NEUROMUSCULAR JUNCTION ur to formation of antibodies. Myasthenia is mainly decided into involvement of ocular muscles called Ocular myasthenia, muscles of swallowing or pharynx Bulbar myasthenia G, & Respiratory & other muscles usually called Respiratory myasthenia G. Principal concerns includes the degree of pulmonary involvement , the magnitude of bulbar involvement with attendant difficulty in managing oral secretions (aspiration risk) and adrenal suppression due to long term steroids treatment.Although uncommon cardiac disease but relate to arrhythmia ECG evaluation is essential.
